The Process
Contact us: To arrange a site appraisal of your building.
Site Appraisal: We can advise if you have an area on the building that could be used for advertising.
Agreement: Before the application process is underway, we will negotiate tenure of the site.
Approval: We can liaise with Council on your behalf and conduct the application process.
Build: Once approved, Outdoor Systems will provide the capital and manage the build of the structure.
Ongoing: Outdoor Systems will maintain the billboard and while you receive revenue from the advertising.
It’s as simple as that!
Outdoor Systems will work closely with the architect and/or builder to provide advertising assets that compliment existing infrastructure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who pays the build, maintenance and ongoing electrical cost of the sign?
Outdoor Systems does. We will provide all the capital for the build and maintenance of the sign structure and the electricity will be separately metered and paid by us.
How long are the agreements between Outdoor Systems and a property owner or a developement?
The tenure for each site varies and is negotiable with each property owner.
How do you determine what size/format billboard should be developed?
We look at current and future trends in the industry and the environment surrounding the property to determine the format and size.
How much rental will be paid?
Following a site appraisal, we can structure a financial agreement determined by the location, asset size and display type.
Can I convert our existing static billboard to a digital billboard?
You sure can! We can assist with gaining council and regulators approval to convert from static to digital.
